Breakfast was good, a good variety of food and very efficient staff. Well laid out, and very good presentation, clean. Easy access to metro. Concierge was very helpful, despite the English barrier. Check in was a bit shaky but the incorrect charge was quickly smoothed out with an instant reversal and charge of the correct amount.

The room was very comfortable and the AC was superb. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom great. The room had modern light fixtures, phone chargers built into the wall, fridge. The pool was great and a nice temperature to cool off after a hot day. The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked a certain room and got a slightly different one, so the staff made it right when it was brought to their attention. It is in a great part of town, easy access to the BTS rail line, lots of restaurants nearby. We'd definitely stay there again. The concierge was helpful in arranging transport. Overall, we loved it.

Truly said: Everyone from the concierge, to Hilton Honors check in, to the restaurant - Everybody was exceptional. All went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be! The room was beautiful, best Doubletree I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with many choices.

The hotel was modern clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt like a 5 Star for a much higher more affordable price.
